Freezing food

Whenever you have made extra food you want to freeze, Use gallon freezer bags. That way you can stack them on top of each other in the freezer and it doesnt take up as much space as it would if you had used plastic containers. Make sure you write on your bags what it is and the date you froze it. You would be surprised at the things you can freeze that when thawed and reheated are the same as when you just cooked them.
