HA! this is always so much fun since the damn things never stay still. If you aren't careful you will have it everywhere. Here is an easy way...
Take your freezer bag and place it in a pitcher or a pot. something that is stable. Put your liquid in and it won't spill all over. Make sure you zip it closed well before removing it from whatever vesel you have used to hold it up.
