Pecan Bars

These are so heavenly! Makes my mouth water just thinking about them.

You will need 13x9x2 pan  Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

CRUST

11/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Butter (1 stick) Softened
1/4 Cup packed Brown Sugar

Mix until crumbly. pat it down in bottom of pan. Bake for 12-15 min until light brown

FILLING

3 lg Eggs
3/4 Cup Corn Syrup
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons melted Butter (cooled)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 Cup coursely chopped Pecans

Beat eggs, sugar and syrup until smooth add butter, vanilla and pecans and beat until blended.
Pour over cooked crust and bake 25-30 minutes until set.
Let cool and cut into squares.
They are very rich so I wouldnt cut those squares too big.
